I wish I could remember the name of the associate who helped us but she was amazing. Incredibly friendly and genuine. We commented about her personality several times after we left.

I called asking for the Michigan charm, I was told it was retired and they no longer carried it. When I went into the store, on a limb I asked and to my surprise they had it! The sales associate was awesome!
