When I first entered, I was greeted and asked if I need help or looking for something specific. Which was very welcoming, I too also liked how they helped me out to choose of what item I should buy based on some reviews of others and helping me out with price differences.

The store was very clean. The sales associates were welcoming and helpful. The item I bought was beautiful and very well made my wife loved it.

The lady that helped me went and above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted. She made sure she showed me all you had and she practiced social distancing and was very safe and being a person who works at a hospital I was very happy and appreciated her so much. After each person left they cleaned the area and kept there masks on and was still pleasant and helpful. Great AWESOME JOB. Thanks Pandora for making my shopping experience for my sister birthday EXCELLENT....

I just received my first pandora bracelet as a gift so I was excited to go shopping for some charms that represented my personality and character.when I walked in I was greeted immediately at that point I felt welcomed and comfortable. I need up buying myself one and my babe bought me one so I walked out with 2 on my first trip to pandora
