Well first off you actually had sales staff in the store, She had said she was only there a few months but she was highly knowledgeable about the product, this was not my first purchase with Pandora, i was impressed by her, she may have been small, but had a big heart and i would return and see her again for further purchases, obviously this was not her first rodeo and handled things very professionally, but with the expertise and finesse that I expect, I can't praise her enough !!!! She made the purchase very Special for my Wife
