Our sales assistants Rachel and Kara were very helpful. They kept the store at a minimum of people allowed in. They helped me pick out some really nice merchandise.

Considering the climate of the world today with the COVID-19, the store took great measures in ensuring the health of their customers, using all the PPE mandated with social distancing, hand sanitizers, masks, plastic shields between staff and customers, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My salesperson Kara was a very informative and patient young lady even though I was there 10 mins before closing time she still took her time like I was the first person of the morning. I will be back to purchase more charms from her. It was a pleasant surprise with everything covid has changed. Briarwood mall Kara is awesome.
