Highly satisfied with the sizes and styles available. Was able to try on everything I wanted to and the ring I wanted was available. Also helpful with letting me know of the current promotion and possible upcoming sales.

When I entered the store I was warmly greeted by Myranda and she immediately found what I was looking to purchase that day. I then learned it was only her second day working for Pandora. She did wonderful for me being one of her first customers. Alexandra came over to assist Myranda - Alexandra is a great trainer. I left adding to my Christmas Wish list for my family to buy me, but also bought the perfect heart warming charms to add to my daughter's bracelet. Plus I was shown the newer bracelets that I am going to buy for Christmas presents and added more to my wish list. It could have not been a better visit. The manage also brought out a stool for me to sit on when learning I have arthritic legs & feet. These ladies are the best.

My mother and I needed to purchase a replacement charm. Leah the store manager took the absolute best care of us. When taking off the old charm, Leah realized that two of my charms were stripped. An out of state Pandora store forcibly put them back on after a recent cleaning the month prior. We were not able to take the charms off without breaking the bracelet. I was in tears, but Leah replaced the bracelet that had to be cut and was able to exchange one of the charms. She was patient with us, knowledgable about the product and had different solutions for more than one obstacle we encountered. Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

The sales associate acknowledged me upon entering the store. She asked what I was thinking of purchasing, was it for myself or other, and her suggestions for my purchase. Very attentive during my time of making my decision on my purchase, telling me about new product designs that would coming to the store in the near future. Awesome Experience!!!!
