I came to get my bracelet cleaned the day before. Unlike my previous visit in April the sales associate nor manager gave me a lecture or pushed to sell me on buying a cleaner kit. If a customer wants to travel to your store to get their bracelets cleaned what's the problem. But Leah and the other associate were very nice and I ended up spending $136 that I didn't intended on spending.

It's nice because each one of my daughter have her own praiclet

I was looking for a charm to celebrate my grandson, the sales lady helped me out and also noticed I did not have a stopper charm, I also purchased one. She also noticed that some of my charms were on the dirty side so she polished and cleaned the whole bracelet. I was very happy on how it looked when I picked it back up.

First of all the Briarwood location is beautiful. It’s bright and spacious and the merchandise is displayed so openly that it just shines. It didn’t take but 2 seconds for an associate to greet me. She was very sweet with an easy personality and had a lot of knowledge about the product. Also, she was very patient. I asked a lot of questions because I have a leather bracelet and was a bit unsure about it! It was a super pleasant experience and because she was pleasant and thorough I’ll definitely do business with her!
