Two sales ladies helped me and they were both pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. This location is always clean. They weren’t very busy, so I was their primary focus.

I went in I was serviced I purchased and I left! No waiting no attitude it was nice.

The store was beautiful and clean, as it always is. I was fortunate enough to be the only customer in the store at the time, the two sales associates there both greeted me immediately. I had called and inquired about a specific charm earlier that day, and one of them recalled my call as well. I had been wanting this specific charm for some time and I was fortunate to buy one of the last two left, I also found out during the sale that it was 30% off, it was my birthday and the discount made the gift even better!

I want the graduation cap to commemorate completing my master's degree. Two visits and the store still doesn't have it.
