Pandora always amazes me with their product. My only complaint is very low in product. Was out of a lot of merchandise. Need to keep replenish. Employees are well knowledgeable of product and very friendly.

Had such a great experience at the Ann Arbor, MI, Briarwood Mall location today, my first time ever in a Pandora store! The sales associate was so patient with me (I'm very indecisive) and was very helpful in helping me find a nice set of beads that were meaningful to me and that I liked. Thank you so much for such a wonderful shopping experience!

I visited another Pandora earlier in the day. A friend purchased the exact same charm that I did and paid $10 less. I was not too happy to pay more for the exact same one.
