I was taken into the store by my boyfriend to find a charm to add to my bracelet. The selection was very low due to Valentines day, but the woman who helped us made sure I still found something I would like and enjoy. She even put the new charm on my bracelet and back on my arm. I appreciated her taking the time to show me multiple charms over and over.

Allie, the Sales Manager was friendly, helpful and professional. My husband was so surprised that I was in and out of the store in a few minutes! She found the right size ring for me and did the exchange quickly and flawlessly.

I realize it isn't PC to say this but so many people have faith in their lives and having more charms that express different aspects of the Christian faith would be really nice. There are all kinds of Scripture quotes and inspirational quotes from Saints that people would want to have as a charm or give as a gift in a charm. Faith often deeply defines one's life and to have a quote or saint or even a crucifix instead of just a cross would be incredibly meaningful. It seems to be an untapped market. I've got loads of Church friends who wear bracelets (I don't, but I am buying for a family member with deep faith) and would love something that more accurately expresses their faith.

I was assisted quickly. I was a bit indecisive and not happy with the beads I had chosen from previous visits, and not liking the look of the overall bracelet. Leah was so patient and helpful in redesigning the look of my bracelet. I left loving it and am still very satisfied with the outcome. When you spend lots of dollars on theses bracelets you want them to be tastefully done. I have 4 different bracelets and really appreciated the help with this particular one.

I was greeted promptly and given assistance right away. The sales associate gave great recommendations around what I was looking for and was very friendly.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. They listened to my comments and questions and helped me to select the perfect gift based upon these conversations. Although I ended up spending about $100.00 more than I had extended to, I left the store highly satisfied with my purchase and feel very good about the gift I will be giving to a very special niece.

I've only been in this store 2 times, but my experiences were always pleasant. The store is well stocked, and the items are beautifully displayed, the sales associates have been friendly and knowledgeable. This last visit, there was a brief wait-as there was a couple in front of me. But, as soon as they were done, Marisa helped me right away-she was very nice and shared insight on the bracelets I was looking at.

The store always loloks inviting and staff are always helpful. Jewelry is very affordable and always in stock.
