The customer service person immediately greated me when I entered the store. She also immediatedly summoned additional assistance when a number of other customers entered right after me, without skipping a beat with my service. And she suggested an additional piece, based on the clothing I happened to be wearing - which I loved and purchased.

In this store Alin really welcomed us and helped us with what we needed. She helped me because she was bilingual and finding people in Pandora who are bilingual is really difficult.
