I wanted to exchange a bracelet I had purchased online so I went to the store and asked to see other items. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and offered a number of choices as a replacement for the bracelet.

First of all, I love Pandora. The store located close to my work place. It is very easy to go there after work. The sales person in store are very nice and patient. They will give you professional suggestions and help you find the best fit item for you.

The saleswoman acted like it was a problem to wait on me. She acted like she would rather talk with the other workers. She acted like I was taking too long.

The customer rep seemed to be unaware of pricing and how to properly assist me with the jewelry. Seemed to not knowledgeable and needs more training regarding merchandise and I didn't receive immediate assistance. I wasn't very happy as I was with other reps.
