I waited in line for over an hour before even entering the store. I spent some of that time searching online for what I wanted to help expedite the process. I wanted a bracelet for my grandmother, and they didn't have any "Grandma" charms of any kind which was really upsetting. Other than those two things, the manager I had was very knowledgeable and was even able to grab the correct size bracelet just by looking at my wrist.

most of the time i am highly satisfied with my pandora experiences, because the store is so clean the people there are so nice and frindly but sometimes i just don’t find what i was looking

Too many people in the store and not enough staff to take care of clients. They did however take names in order of service and handed out catalogs to look at.

One of the things that left a sour taste was the conversation going on between the person helping me and another associate in the store. One other thing was lots of thing were out of stock.

I was able to find new charms that I wasn't looking for and the sales associate was able to help me reorganize my bracelet twice.

I went in to buy charms and get my daughtwr bracelet cleaned The cleaning was poor. Either they didnt know how to work it or they just did a poor job wont be returning to thw store for a cleaning of my items .

I think that the associates could have stated that someone would be with me. Versus just saying hello.

Customers requiring too much attention. One customer looked at 16 separate charms before choosing '1'. At that rate you need more service personal.
