I perfer the selection at the Tanger outlet, for the merchandise that I am currently seeking to purchase. The service was excellent. I am purchasing retired or older pieces.

I live in Ohio and had to travel to Michigan the stores in Ohio don't have a good/great selection of gold charms. Very limited.

My first visit to the store was more pleasurable then this one. My salesperson was excellent. Made recommendations that fit what I was looking for. This young lady was dry. The store didn’t have what I was looking for but she had no recommendations so I was kinda left on my own to decide. I guess I was expecting the same experience I received before. All in all I’m satisfied with my purchase

We went to the store for an engravement option and found that we were not able to do that except at the Novi store. I chose Briarwood for convenience. But the collection is far too small.

The staff seemed to be preoccupied during our visit as if there was something else to do and before our trip was complete, another guest was acknowledged outside the store and we were escorted fo the door by another accociate, not the one who helped us!

I was very highly satisfied with my Pandora experience!

The price is too high for the items. And if my husband will not mentioned about the free bracelet, I don't think we're gonna get it. Sales person should stated it at the beginning saying....."if you purchase the amount of $125, you will get a free bracelet". But anyway, this is my 2nd or 3rd purchasing my christmas gifts from my husband.

I was disappointed with the selection of charms you provide. No golfing, no snow skiing, a very limited range of birthstone charms. Hot air balloons? When did you go hot air ballooning? How many people ski or golf in comparison? There are 12 months for birthdays. Sad!

I just feel there is always room for improvement. It wasn’t a bad experience, just didn’t feel it justified a highly satisfied rating. Nothing would not make me return to the store to shop.
