Several items I was looking for were not available.

Store is small amd if you get more than 2 customers, there is def a wait for services.

Some of the charms I was looking for wasn’t available

It was ok until I didn’t get my charm for spending over $65 which is y’all promotion right now

I went to the Pandora shop at Eastgate (near Lansing MI) and was highly satisfied with everyone and the store. I went soon after to the Pandora in Ann Arbor and was treated like they didn’t care whether I shopped there or not.

The wait was extremely long. They need chairs to sit and wait cause I have a disability and I had to stand and wait 45 minutes It was just a bit much.

One of the employees are not friendly every time o go I try to stay away from her

I went to Briarwood store in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The store has moved to a smaller location, didn't seem like a as a selection. I will give it another chance but not satisified.

Associate kept saying you were out of my size in what i wanted. She had to fish around a lot and finally found a few things she says weren't in stock. I had buyers remorse that same night on one of the items i purchased.

In the past, my experiences at the Ann Arbor store weren't good. I actually filled out a survey stating that I wouldn't return to this store, however, I didn't want to drive to 12 Oaks and decided to give this store another try. I was actually highly satisfied, the associates I encountered this time were very friendly and helpful with my return. She suggested a chain that I liked and purchased However, due to my past experience I didn't rate highly satisfied as this is the 1st time I had a good experience at the Briarwood location.
