I purchaed a bracelet for my daughter in august of 2018. The bracelet broke about 6 minths after we purchaed it, but we moved shortly after and couldn't locate the bracelet. Wanted to just replace it and they said it had to be a year to the date of purchase. I guess we didn't realize it was only a year warranty.

The store has a bit of an awkward set up. I had a hard time knowing when I would be waited on, because there were a lot of people in the store. Also, I was disappointed that the Harry Potter products did not have more availability.

High prices also is it is a smaller store than before. the music could be different. Not all of the selections were available

I found a ring I loved but it was not available in my size and was not available in the other sizes of my other fingers which was disappointing

I am not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because there is not a great selection of jewelry available. In terms of necklaces, there are very few options of minimalist necklaces that were reasonably priced. Everything at Pandora is beautiful but it is also over-priced.

High prices, no sale or clearance items. Sales associate stated they ship these out?? Not sure why they wouldn’t keep in store
