There wasn't a lot to choose from that I liked as far as charms, spacer, and clips

The wait time for a sales associate.

Being highly satisfied leaves no room for any improvements. Nothing is ever perfect.

I bought 3 new charms and a chain. I asked to get my bracelet cleaned and the charms put on. To put the chain on the bracket all charms needed to be removed. She didn’t remove the charms prior to cleaning my braclet and the band was very tarnished. I felt she lazy not to remove my charms prior to cleaning. She said I should have asked. I’ve never had to ask before to have my bracket cleaned properly, She told me the cost and said just pay after the cleaning - then it took 10 min for her to go through the catalogue to find the prices again.

The selection of charms was terrible. The excuse given was the lack of merchandise was due to the holiday season. I feel the company should take into account that people who receive gift cards for Christmas deserve to have a nice selection of merchandise to choose from after Christmas.

Went to look for a 25th anniversary pendent for my bride with no luck. can you believe they sell silver pendants but not for 25th they have 29th but not 25 go figure silver is the metal for 25th. had to settled on something else. Please if you consider making one let me know. My wife is very fond of her bracelet.

My daughter visited your store black Friday before 10 a.m. while I was shopping in another store. She told the sales girl she would be back with her mom for the item. My daughter didn't know that sale ended at 10 a.m., the sales girl rather quiet DID NOT mention it to my daughter as she left the store. I didn't know we needed to go back by 10 a.m. because my daughter didn't know. However, when we did return, the manager honored the sale my daughter witnessed in her visit that morning. :) :) :) We were so happy!!

I had an over all good experience. Nothing negative stands out . This was a standard Saturday. This is the closest store to our home and we have 13 women in our family that we regularly shop for at the store .
