Pandora Jewelry

I wanted a ring in a size 4.5 but it wasn’t available but I bought it because it seemed to fit at the time. Now trying it on, I rather have the 4.5 instead, so I will be returning the size 5 ring and ordering the 4.5 online. The customer service was good but the size selection was not impressive.

Just wanted to share that the sales associate was GREAT. She informed me about the new POS system they have. Unfortunately it wouldn't accept my card. She went above and beyond and was able to use the older system to ensure I was able to purchase my item. She was very friendly and through during the whole process. Thanks for all your help!!!

My favourite style has only one colour to choose. The sliver chain is expersive.

The employee did not know where to locate what I wanted. She used a iPad to check me out and it took forever. I wanted to buy more but by the time this transaction was over I was done.

She seemed to have a little condescending tone at the register about insurance. She was still very nice though. The pandora store itself is very good but I feel like I was being judged a little when the workers were looking at me. But I do have a Pandora closer to me that I normally go to anyways.

The sales associate was not real familiar with the products. She may have been new. she told me they did not have a specific charm. Luckily another associate over heard her and was able to assist me.

The price I was charged for one item was more than what it was quoted at. Also, I noticed as I left the store that select items were on sale but no one mentioned that while I was shopping.

Although it was busy due to the holiday season, my sales representative just was very nice nasty. The manager that wrapped my merchandise was friendlier that the person who sold me my bracelet & charm. Had not the weather been bad I would have driven to Westland mall and purchased my products from Benson's jewelry where they have always been pleasant.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I decided against the bangle I was only poking at - instead I got a gift card to go along with the charm bc I didn’t know what size bangle the person wears . The sales girl kept asking me was I sure I don’t want the bangle . Yes I was sure the first 2 times you asked . There is no reason to ask three times. I was already spending a hundred dollars . I don’t like the pushiness of some of your sales girls .

Overall the entire staff was pretentious they keep looking at you like you where going to steal something from the store, I ask a couple things and the staff give me an attitude they even judge you by the way they are looking at you, and that for me keeps me from going back unless there is a change.
