The store is very tight to shop in and there were not enough associates working. I was not greated when walked into store. It took 20 minutes to get waited on.

The wait time for help was a little long. There were only 2 people working which by the time they were done w/ their customers there were 4 people waiting.

i felt rush trying to pick out jewelry when i wanted to take a moment to browse it’s as if i couldn’t browse in peace. also it was a very small selection to choose from.

This is the 3rd survey that I have completed regarding the Ann Arbor store. Fortunately this time my sales associate was pretty good. But the policy Pandora asked her to follow is unreasonable. I had to exchange a birthday gift and I had the reciept but it was past the 30 days. She did the exchange but wouldn't put the extra funds on a gift card. Not her fault but this policy isn't fair to the consumer. I didn't have the owners card so I had to buy something or not get the exchange. That's not customer service.

Staff was very uninterested in actually helping me. I described the charm I was looking for they showed me others which weren’t it, when I asked for the catalog and found it, they magically knew exactly where it was. They clearly wanted me to purchase a more expensive charm. They barely made eye contact with me, very flat, poor customer service or enthusiasm to be helpful, friendly and polite. Never felt dissatisfied until this visit. Hire ppl who actually want to be helpful.

Snobby server who did not know her inventory. I went knowing precisely what piece I wanted to purchase. The server didn't know what piece I wanted although it's very common. I had to settle for a second best gift for my daughter's birthday.

Sales clerk was very disengaged, was not professional. Felt like she wanted to hurry up and get to the next customer.

I have been to this store now 3 times. They are always out of stock on charms and other items. When they show me trays of charms they are 90% empty. This makes the selection process very limited. I don't want to go for a specific item, only to need to come back. I asked when items would be in stock and was told the store did not order so they do not know. I also brought my 8 year old granddaughter to the store with me to pick out charms, we are creating a charm bracelet for her for when she gets of age. I wanted this to be an experience for her and create of lifelong memory of us shopping for her bracelet. I plan on getting a few charms a year for her until she gets of age. I explained this to the person who was helping us. At first she wouldn't bring out trays of charms, only what charms we asked for. By this being her first time in the store she had no clue what to ask for. I had to explain and ask several times for a tray of charms so my granddaughter could look at charms and get the entire experience. Eventually, the person did show us a tray of charms.

its not easy to return a Pandora purchase. you get as a gift, i had a sales receipt. the store never offered to order me a new bracelet. so i settled for a lesser valued item then i originally paid for with out any type of refund, not even the same bracelet. next time ill order online.

The store at the location I went to had moved, and downsized to a different storefront. Selection overall was less, and out of inventory on first couple things I asked for. The price I paid was not excessive, but I felt like I had no other option.
