Upon arrival and entering the store- there were 3 sales associates- None of which greeted my daughter and I. I had to go to the sales counter and request someone to help us find the necklace that we were wanting to purchase- I even supplied the girl with a print out off the computer website. The girl looked something up on the computer/ register then proceeded to a drawer under the counter and pulled out the plastic bin and said " It doesn't look like we have it in stock". She walked over to the display and stated, " We only have the display- sorry " . I said that on the website for Ann Arbor Briarwood, it stated the necklace was in stock. She doubted me based on her facial expressions and then proceeded to go to the website herself - this is when she pulled out another plastic bin from below and low & behold there was the necklace. This girl was rude , in engaging, unknowledgeable about her store products stock and location. For being a first time buyer at Pandora in The Briarwood mall , it was rather an unpleasant experience for my daughter & I. Perhaps more training and emphasize on customer service.

Store is too small. Can’t see what’s for sale with out waiting for someone to help you. Employee had look everything up in a catalog. Better to shop online if you want something.

I understand that the sales associates must protect the merchandise. However, I felt like I was being watched more than some of the other customers. We have purchased at least a couple of thousand dollars worth of merchandise in the store. Last year, we typically dealt with a sales associate who was very nice. She was older than her associates, but she treated us like we were just as important as the other customers, and even rescued us from am associate with horrible interpersonal skills. Her name may have been Shelly, but not positive. Regretfully she is no longer employed at the store. That said, the associate who assisted us was ok, but the others were really watching. Some of them even felt comfortable walking away from the tray depending on who they were servicing.

Receiving service always takes a very long time, regardless of how many people are in the store.

I would prefer to be able to browse and see all the charms. I wanted to view them all and from the book.

It seems it is their policy to show charms for specific items/topics you already have in mind. I asked if we could just see a variety of charms and new merchandise to get ideas or see some new ideas. I was told no. Can only pull out specific items. So we looked at some pet charms and didn't see much for choices. Dumbest thing I have ever heard. Can't look at the merchandise?! I stood at the counter looking at a catalog when all the charms were in trays hidden under the counter? Finally picked one out and she pulled it out. Pandora loses. Jewelry is something that is bought based on shine, glitter, and spontaneity. If you don't let the customer experience the jewelry, they buy very little.

i purchased over $500 in items on black Friday for work gifts. One of the recipients has arthritis in her hands and cannot open the clasp on the bracelet that I purchased for her. I brought the bracelet back for her to exchange for a toggle type closure. I was charged additionally because it was not a direct exchange for a size exchange, etc. I feel like this is VERY unreasonable.

I had picked out 4 charms she put 2 on one of the bracelets and was going to put the other 2 charm in the bag. I paid for my items and left. Once I got home I found that I only had 3 charms, luckily she didn't charge me for something I didn't get. I was very bummed.

There was two customers that came into the store after me but was served first. The sale reps didn’t pay attention to me waiting because i was waiting patiently in line. This is why i have decided online purchases would be better. This particular establishment has a history of not serving Black customers.
