I was greeted upon entry by all available sales associates. They were welcoming with smiles and ready to assist me with my purchase. The sales associate offered me several options that fit within my budget and offered to give me a cleaning storage bag for my mothers bracelet.

I really enjoyed the excellent customer service received from both Erica and her manger Lizzie. They made me feel a priority, even while assisting others in store. Keep up the great work ladies. I’ll see y’all again soon.

It was very easy and I was very happy with the experience. The only thing I would like to mention is that online it stated certain bracelet sizes were available but they were not. I had to call around to find the bracelet size I needed.
