The staff that was there don't pay attention to who's in the store. The one that was helping 1 person acted like she didn't see me waiting for 15 minutes which I know she did and I had to wait till someone decided to come out of the staff room before I was helped when the girl should have told her customer one second please while I let staff know someone needs assistance. That didn't happen.

I ordered online, however was late picking up the merchandise. This resulted in my order being cancelled. They still held the items for me, which I appreciated. However, when I purchased them in store, they would not give me the $38 price that was available through the online purchase. They instead charged me the full $55 price. When I asked about it, the associate when into the back to ask someone, but they were unwavering. I still proceeded with the purchase, because I really like the items. However, I feel this was anticipated by the staff and I was taken advantage of because of it. I'm disappointed and unlikely to return to Pandora in the future.

The salesperson tried to sell me two stoppers, and I only wanted one. They were not very nice at all!!!!

The sales associate was rude and highly irritated that we walked in less than 10 minutes before they closed. According to google they were open til 8pm and we walked in at like 6:63 and she announced quite rudely that they closed at 7 pm. And when we asked to look at stuff she was annoyed

POSTED signage - No more than 10 persons allowed inside (including employees) store. Must wear masks! I walked up, read the sign...counted only 4 people inside. Store Manager spoke, acknowledged my presence, made me wait outside the store (entrance was roped off) as she and another associate waited on the 2 customers inside. I observed that the (store managers) customer wasn’t wearing a mask! Once the other customer finished her purchase, that sales associate greeted me and moved the rope and allowed me to enter. Still 4 persons inside. A white customer walked up, stood outside and the store manager immediately walked over, removed the rope, allowed her to enter - SHE DIDN’T MAKE HER WAIT as she made me wait!

One of the sales associates working the the line... she was rude and seemed as if she only helped and talked to folk she thought had money... and then had an attitude when letting me out of the store... another lady stopped in the middle of the sale to go talk on the phone Pandora in briarwood mall is tacky and I will never go back

I went into the store with a list of charms. A bracelet was included in the list. The sales person insisted that I needed clips for my bracelet. That wasn't the plan, but I complied. Those $35 dollar clips ended up being part of the current deal at Pandora. I really felt like I was being conned and decided that I would not get the rest of the charms on my list at that store. I would have eventually purchased the clips, but not on this particular day. Even though the sales person did not make me make the purchase, I really felt like I had to do so. Because of the feeling I had upon leaving, I will never be returning to that store unless I decide to return this last purchase.

I ordered the infinity charm online at Thanksgiving. When I opened the item it was the wrong item. When I called for assistance the agent was appropriate but did NOT tell me the return would NOT include my shipping and tax and would be refunded at the special price and my new purchase would be at the current price (35% more) at the store. I was told I could order online and pick up at the store but given my recent experience I DO NOT trust your online program. I went to the store and Gabbie (The store manager) was polite, but, was a little flip about the increased price of the charm and the fact that the original price I purchased it at was a special deal and did not offer me the lower price. She did give me an additional bracelet, but, that was the freebie giveaway for anyone purchasing anything that day as I witnessed with another customer. I do NOT feel I should have to pay for YOUR Screwup. I will likely not be back for an extended period of time.

The sales associate was lovely and very friendly. However, she was new to working there, and had very little knowledge about the deals/packages, and couldn't answer many of our questions. She said there weren't many options for what we were looking for (rose gold charms), which is possible but seemed unlikely. Being our first time every shopping at Pandora, we needed more guidance and assistance, and I wish the other employee would have jumped in to help or answer more of our questions.

The Sale’s associate was very nonchalant and un welcoming like. She had absolutely no personality, and maybe didn’t want to be at work. (Faizon) is her name and she was not involved nor interested in the sale experience at all. She never once asked who or what I was shopping for or anything for that matter. I’d rather shop online than have that kind of experience again.
