I purchased my products online during the shutdown and during a sale. There were no one to answer questions and I have products that doesn't work together and is told that their final sale items.. I wouldn't have bought products that don't work together..What a waste!

The sales associate was not helpful at -I wasn’t sure what charms to get ( i was looking for a basketball/sporty one, a Disney one and then one other) and she just pulled a tray out - said I could only have one tray out at a time and then just stood waiting while I tried to look at the charms. She didn’t help or make any recommendations or suggestions. I ended up looking at the book and then asking if the store has them. I had planned to buy more but was so discouraged i left with the three ones I bought. Not really happy with the selection and never offered a gift receipt of which two of my charms were gifts

The associates greeted me, but acted a little funny until I started to pick out exactly what I was going to buy. I know I present more masculine (I'm LGBTQIA+) and don't really look like I have money, but it's not fair to assume someone can't afford what's being sold based on looks. Second, the sales associate who helped me with picking out a band wasn't sure of all that Pandora carried in terms of leather options, didn't know the sizing, and didn't even offer to have me try anything on or recommend a size. She was a complete dolt. I ended up picking out a band that I thought would work, but now I have to return it; it flops all over my arm with the single bead I purchased on it (it's a double that I can almost loop around my bony wrist three times, but not quite, so it's too large). I'm going to settle for one of the adjustable ones, or better yet find a third party to purchase something that works for me from. This was my first Pandora pruchase, and I must say, the impression wasn't good.

The associate who checked us in for the wait list was very unpleasant. My boyfriend ask a question about any sales that might have been currently going on and the associates response was “it’s pandora, they don’t need to have sales people are going to buy their product anyway”. A simple yes or no would have saficed. We will not be returning to this store. We don’t like to feel like we are being talked down to while we are shopping.

Leah coldly refused to give my teenage daughter $10 customer accommodation discount to replace a ring she purchased on 03/17/18. The ring was stolen from her and she wanted to replace it for the same price she paid. She and I left Pandora feeling very unappreciated as a customer.

The workers did not greet me when I walk in the store. There was two workers, but one was in the back so it took about 15 minutes to get help. The worker didn’t acknowledge me at all until it was my turn to be help, very rude to me. I purchased a charm and the staff just handed it to me to put in my bag from another store. Left my bracelet to be cleaned, came back to pick it up and had to wait another 20 minutes for some to assist me to just pick it up. Horrible customer service, never would I shop there again, ever!

I purchased a lock chain for my pandora bracelet and a few days later I went to put my lock chain on my pandora bracelet it only fits on one side. So as a knowledgeable sales associate I think she should have asked what kind of bracelet or if I had the bracelet with me to make sure it fits. It’s my first pandora bracelet and I just realized I have to be more knowledgeable about the bracelet as well.

It took them 45 minutes to check us out. They said they kept having problems with their systems but others were getting checked out while we stood there.

Assistant manager was extremely rude to me. I purchased two sets of earrings. After I left, I realized that the price that I was charged for is different than the one on the stand. I went back and was told in a very rude way that the person who was working yesterday placed the wrong price stands next to the earrings I bought. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the assistant manager immediately told me that she will return them.
