the store manager was very rude, I asked to see other trays but she would not let me see other trays but she only wanted to pull out only if I say a theme, I told her I don't have a theme I wanted to see if I like something if I see something on other trays, she was so rude and not friendly at all, I spent a lot of money there over the holiday and after and was treated better than what she did, and she is a store manager given service like that.

We looked at several charms and decided on one. The sales associate told us it was $75.00, but when she rang it up it was $85.00. When we asked about it she said she gave us the price listed in the box but the new catalog just came out with the higher price. She said there was nothing she could do for us and then moved onto another customer.

The worker was very rude. She blatantly ignored my significant other who was paying. When he began saying his email for the purchase, since he was the one paying, she cut him off and asked me for mine. Neither he nor I am likely to go back to Pandora until this issue is resolved. He was disrespected and the sales associate was not friendly at all. I was very disappointed in the service and how we were treated.
