They were out of the charm I have been watching for 9 months for my daughters pregnant and the sales associate offered to order the charm for me

I had come in about a month earlier and had put together a bracelet, I didn't buy it at that time, however, when I came back in the salesperson, Hannah, remembered me and the bracelet and put it back together for me. Loved that experience.

The stores are always busy. You can only see a few items at a time which I understand due to possible theft, but can restrict sales, also.

Easy return of ring. Stone fell out in less then a month a they replace it. Love there stuff.

My salesperson Kayla was very helpful and I will go out of my way next time to have her assist me. She was actually one of the girls I interviewed with in part of a group interview, so while I did not get hired due to scheduling availability I was excited to see she got the job. I will make it point to shop with her.
