I had a great experience at this location. I was buying a Birthday gift for my daughter. I decided to get a matching bracelet as well. I was visiting her from the Dallas area. I look forward to getting future charms and gifts from this and other locations in the near future. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I walked into the store with a list of several items that I wanted to see in person. I was directed to a friendly employee who retrieved those items, plus similar items for me to view. She was very patient with me and offered what I thought was an honest opinion. It helped me decide what I wanted.

I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted and they helped find me the perfect gift. I was unsure about what I purchased so I brought it back in exchange for something else. They were super nice about it and really helped me find the perfect one.

I really was excited when my ring became available. Everything was great i always recommend this store. I just love Pandora.

We were greeted immediately and as soon as I told the associate what I was looking for she pulled it from the case. She showed us several items and told us about the free offer for that time period without being pushy.

I like that they are always friendly and helpful when every I come in to visit Pandora. I always wonderful customer service and if a associate does not know the answer then they asked another associate. I love the selection and associate knowledge of the products in the store.
