The sales associates were all friendly. Jayden saw the charms on my bracelet and immediately recommended a new charm that she thought I would like, which I ended up buying. She also offered to clean my bracelet, which was nice.

When I walked into the store I greeted, but I was not haggled or bombarded, which I get upset when I am not able to look around the store first to see what is offered. When I am ready to purchase something I will find the sales lady that I want to assist me. Thank you for changing this policy in the store in Pensacola Cordova Mall. Being haggled or bombarded does not make me want to buy anything.

Best part is there is very little pressure from the sale people. They let me walk about without approaching me every two minutes. It gave me time to take in all the new pieces.

I like how the employees were so friendly. Since it was my first time at Pandora they were very helpful. They also took their time to make sure I was satisfied.
