I left with what I was looking for.

This Pandora store is beautiful and kept clean so it’s a great place to shop. The sales associates are very knowledgeable about their merchandise and always ask me about the Pandora items that I already have so that they know what I like and can customize my personal shopping experience. I've been in several Pandora stores across the US but I like my local Pandora store the best!

Excellent customer service, was greeted right away and very helpful finding all the items that I was interested all though were not able to get 3 pieces that I wanted the experience was nothing but great, I will check in my local Pandora for the pieces that I was not able to get that day.

I went in to Pandora on Black Friday. The store was well staffed and organized. I was able to get right in and make my purchase. The staff was very friendly and energetic, even with the huge crowd. I enjoy shopping at Pandora and look forward to continuing to shop there in the months and years to come.

Cleo greeted us immediately, went and got what we were looking for and provided assistance with questions and made helpful suggestions. Cleo also placed my beads on my bracelet. I really liked her - she is an excellent employee.
