I visited a Pandora store to purchase the Christmas ornament with charm. The sales staff was very helpful in showing all of the Christmas charms, and explaining how this years ornament was connected to the NYC Rockettes Christmas show! The ball shaped ornament and matching charm in red and silver swirls make an elegant set, and the silver Rockettes tag was a pleasant surprise.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful not only to me but to each other as well. They worked as a team to help my associate assist me. The presentation of the merchandise was very high end.

I always feel welcome when I walk into this store. Most of them know me by name & always call me by my name. They always bring out what I want to look at at.
