As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and an associate came over to help right away. She was knowledgeable on the variety of charms available and moved the charm trays around so I could see the ones I wanted under the light. Great experience!

I like the quality of Pandora merchandise and know I will be purchasing quality. The sales associate who waited on me was most friendly and helpful as well as other sales associates in the store. I was not sure about the size ring I should purchase and the sales associate helped me select the right one for me. I was also told about the special sale that was going on and this did make up my mind to puchase the ring I wanted today!!

The sales associate that I worked with, Brittany K, was amazing! She was so helpful and patient with me while I tried on several many rings. She also helped me make a selection for my mom & my mother-in-law. When I walked in the store, I only had intentions of buying a new charm for my mother-in-law's birthday but by the time I left, I bought 4 charms and 3 rings. Brittany really made the experience so enjoyable and was so incredibly helpful! She is the reason that I will be returning in the future for more purchases.
