Overall I was satisfied with my purchased however I told the sales representative that I wanted to look at other items. Once my credit was approved she closed out my ticket and didn’t attempt to cross sale any other items

I went for an anniversary gift and was told about specials right away where you can build your own for a set price of 200$ that seemed ok, however the selection options for that were very limited. When I calculated what I wanted to be less than the "deal" in front of me it just felt wrong. I don't feel the deals offered were actually deals but more so for someone trying to pick a quick gift. But $200 for something not very personal seems quite a lot to me. I would hope to see better deals in the future. Maybe a buy more save more offer.

They did not have the stacked ring set that is displayed on the website. I could not remember the name. Had to look on the website now: "Lots of Love and Sparkle Stacking Ring Set".

I was satisfied. Not sure why I got asked this sorry hope to go again soon. Thanks for the specials y'all have.

There was a very slm selection on merchandise. The wait time outside of the store before we were allowed inside

Not all items I wanted wher Available. Return all of it for Charm they did not have it. They did not have the ring that I want. But over all the lady that helped me was very nice and gave me other options I was happ with.

I was satisfied with my experience. There was a wait, which I expected due to Mother’s Day. However, the line moved very quickly and the sales associate helping me (Abigail Q.) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was satisfied the service was so warm and helpful I’ll be going back again to shop there the next holiday it keeps me coming back

I really enjoyed my time at this store. There just was not enough space to move around to look at the charms in the displays. Also, when putting together a bracelet I was never told a price for anything until the end, and a lot of the stuff was more expensive than it should’ve been.
