It was great customer service! I felt very pleased with everything! My overall experience was very pleasant! Quality is very nice!

Due to what happening within the world in this store location you are limited to look around. Nor you are not able to more from the sale person location to see other items. You have to know what you want coming in to sample to really see. That is not good for me cause it limit me from spending at all

Better selection on shine charms

When I first walked up I felt like the greeter turned her back on me because I was black. She did turn her back so I walked on in then she called me back.

I understand that the business is selling a product but the sales associate kept trying to sell me 4 my re different items. I knew and also explained what I wanted but she kept insisting on selling more.

Wish I could have replaced with same item but bigger size

The sale person really did not focus on what I was telling her and would not give me the book to show her what I was looking for

I was able to return the charm that broke even though I just bought it around Christmas... Line was long had to wait a good wile and didn't have any nightmare before Christmas or sugar sculls that was to my liking. Only one of each that was not to my liking.should have more so I could have something I liked..

Long lines,quality of the merchandise

They seem to be more concerned with someone stealing their tray then allowing the customer to be able to look closely at the charms to select one. I am used to Jared and this felt low brow and shady.
