It’s not really much anyone can do about the long line in front of the store. That’s really the main reason I wasn’t completely satisfied. It felt like I was in line at six flags. I almost left bc I was waiting too long however the sale associate was awesome. Give her a raise! Great personality, very friendly and made me feel welcome also very informative about the jewelry

I was very impressed with the service and the representative that assisted us. I liked the fact that we didn’t have to go looking for what we wanted. My first experience inside a Pandora was excellent.

Not enough merchandise to readily see. Sales person tried to sell us a necklace set after we said we wanted to see charms.

The price is always a concern when shopping in pandora. I bought 2 rings and it was 135 dollars. I get carried away sometimes.

During COVID mask wearing times. Instructed to see a certain clerk. Tried to get in and out bc of mask. Clerk kept suggesting other stuff. Just wanted to come and go....

I came in to return/exchange a ring my husband bought for me. The sales associate was very short and rude and I felt that they were giving me a difficult time doing this, after I was told that I can bring it in to do this because my ring chipped badly. The associate manager was good in returning the product. I also DID NOT get the full refund including the tax which I did not see on the receipt until after I left the store. The associate did NOT offer to take out any of the products I specifically asked about. I just did not feel as if I was welcomed to be there and I was very close to asking assistance from someone else.

There wasn’t any place to sit. I’m a bilateral amputee and I was in a lot of pain that day so a chair would’ve been good and I probably would’ve spent more money if I was comfortable
