I waited In a line to get in the store which was fine, the guy who was checking ya in was super friendly and helped save a ton of time cuz he got what I needed and explained the sales and stuff to me. When I got in the store the lady was super super nice but when I wanted to look at stuff she didn’t have the key and had to ask other people and they had to leave their customer to help, them she wasn’t sure of the pricing on anything she had to look it all up in the book. Then when I finally agreed on something she didn’t have it and it was out of stock. The sales were great it was 50 percent off select stuff.

The store experience was great. They made the exchange process quick and easy. The online experience however, was horrible. They sent a wrong item and an item that was too small. When you call the customer service number to discuss options from buying online, they do not make it easy to get the product you paid for. I'm thankful there's a store relatively close by to help me with all of my needs. Being that it was after Christmas, the store was packed and it was difficult to move around.

I usually shop during Christmas only. Please do have the dude wearing all the jewelry greeting guests. Not appealing.

The sales girl was a little bit over the top. I am a highly educated older shopper, and I mentioned I just was looking for a gift for my niece. I actually would've spent a great deal more had I not been annoyed by the constant suggestions. I understand that loss prevention is a concern, but I felt I was tripping over clerks. I felt like it was a sales spiel instead of listening to me. After I mentioned it was for my niece, she asked my what size I wear. Again, not for me, but a gift. I purchased a large amount of Pandora for myself and gifts when it was first introduced, so I do not want that look for myself. I wanted something unique as far as the new introductions, so that is what I purchased. Overall, the new styles are good for gifts.

While very friendly and helpful I felt like the salesperson interjected their personal opinion way too much while we were trying to make our selection. This was unsolicited opinions.
