When I was previously in the store the manager assured there wouldn't be any problems with the return; however none of the associates knew what was going on.

The one I was originally looking for was retired. Most of the stuff I liked you didn’t have. I ended up getting something else.

Selection seemed rather poor representative kept making me come back to her station instead of allowing me to look at merchandise at the different cases. She mentioned more could be found online but if I wanted to shop online I wouldn’t have come in to the store. I purchased a new bracelet and safety chain, she did not offer to help me move my charms from my old bracelet to the new.

The sales associate had fake nails & it was really hard for her to clasp a bracelet I wanted to try on. I have been going to this store since it opened & I have loved all the sales associates & managers but this group you in there are not as friendly.

I didn't even get a box. A $125 bracelet came in a plastic bag. I was not told of specials. Found out after I purchased. Felt rushed.
