The associate was not very friendly and had problems locating what I wanted. Did not seem to have her mind on what she was doing.

I wasn't asked about gift wrapping my purchase even though I told the sales clerk that I was purchasing a gift for my sister. I was not aware that it could have been gift wrapped until I saw them preparing to wrap another gift. When I inquired the girl told me they usually put purchases in signature bag but could be gift wrapped if I would like. I chose the signature bag because I had my two year old granddaughter with me and didn't want to take the extra time at that point,but think I should have been offered the gift wrap when I made my selection especially after I told them it was a gift. I have never purchased Pandora from an actual Pandora store before.

I walked into the store and stood in the entrance waiting for a sale rep to greet me or offer to work with me. The ladies looked at me and continued to chatter among each other before one came over to assist me. It made me feel unwelcome and that I didn't deserve their service. I was a paying customer as well but yet I feel as if they viewed me as a window shopper and didn't want to waste their time on helping me. Had I not wanted the items I had been looking for then I would have walked out the store.

The assistant was very helpful. She asked for assistant from her co-workers. She was very patient with and my purchase.

I have a charm that the writing came off. They made it sound as though we will have to have receipt to do what needs to be done. They did not have charm and said my husband will need to return to original store to see IF they will do anything. It is not our fault charm faded.

Sales people very nice and helpful. The time spent locking and unlocking merchandise makes a simple shopping experience take too much time. I understand the reason but very very cumbersome.

This Pandora has more options than the other store is my city. The manager at that store is very friendly and helpful. It is a good experience, only problem I can think of is that some employees are a little rude.

The sales staff and selection was great but after paying and leaving I realized I only had one of the two items I payed for in my bag. I began to panic thinking the sales associate may not believe me so I tried calling but only received an recording to I rushed back. The sales girl who had helped me checked the tray we had used and saw the charm was still there so all was well. I will be double checking before I leave from now on. As a gift for some one over an hour away, this could have ended badly had I not wanted to take a look before traveling too far. Also, it would be nice if there were a little nicer packaging for gifts other than the same bag and tissue as usual.
