The sales associate was very pushy about getting a credit card/account if I spent 125. I had already told her no thank you once.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I had to go there to return an item. I was glad to know that I could exchange the damaged charm, but I was frustrated that the charm broke in the first place.

Customer service was helpful with answering questions, however I was told one price for my charms and was charged something else. I wasn't offered a viewing of merchandise to purchase. I randomly noticed other peoples bracelets or stuff laying on the counter to help me make my decision. I felt like they felt I was trying to steal. I love my bracelet though. We were visiting Florida for my first time as a birthday gift, and my husband had no limit for me to spend. I would have spent more if I had seen more.

It is one week since the purchase of my ring and it has already lost a stone and the ring looks cheaply made..The larger stones look like they don't fit well in the settings..I will be returning

I ordered an item on line for my daughter. i ordered the wrong size so I needed to exchange it. the exact item returned for exchange was not available in her size so she had to settle, for the ease of it all, for an item that was second choice. just disappointed that her first choice was not available.
