They had sold out of sale item. Salesperson made amend by trying to order it for me. I was satisfied with that.

The store had an excessively long wait, in addition they did not have one of the charms in which I was shopping for. I had to go to another store to complete my purchase.

Had to wait in a line to get into the store. If someone knows exactly what they are buying before they walk into the store, you shud offer an express line..

I was merely satisfied because it was near Christmas and the store was crowded. I don't like crowds. While they didn't seem to have my item in stock, another associate suggested the display model, and I was glad I was able to purchase that so I would not leave empty-handed. Everything was fine, I just don't use "highly satisfied" very often.

Well you more ring in size 10. Since you have them in the stackable. Got my granddaughter one for Christmas and the one she wanted would have looked lost on her finger by her thumb. Other than that I love the store.

I was told the price of the item that I was looking at then went to check out and more money was added that I wasn't aware of .

The associate who helped me was rude and in a rush. I felt like a burden to her.
