I was highly satisfied with my experience because the staff including manager was very personable and even though sales associate selected incorrect clips for braclet we were able to find a comparable set that would fit!

Was a buyer sales manager in a gift store that sold pandora in the past. Fell in love with product quality, and selection then.

Would have liked to see more options as far as what I was looking for, which were rings. Would have liked to have seen more variety and was only limited to a few, which was dissapointing

Wish there were more sales. Love the jewelry but feel that the prices are getting to be to high.

The first sales associate was not helpful. She could not tell me if any chains for placing a charm were on sale. She did not ask if she could show me a selection of chains. I walked around and found another sales associate who was helpful.

Prices were higher than advertised listings in the case and I was told the owners policy was to not match the price in the case that was advertised but to charge full price. I asked even with me buying other merchandise you won’t honor the price you advertised with this item and was told no. Still purchased as my daughter was there and already excited, but wife’s charms will be ordered online and delivered to avoid this store.

The rep that helped me was very sweet and nice. The rep that was standing next to her and engaging in the conversation wasn’t too friendly and walked away after hearing my issue I had with a previous item I bought. The issue I been complaining about for months still haven’t resolved and I was referred to another company to resolve my issue when it’s a PANDORA issue that was bought to the reps months ago.
