The sales associate Isabella was asking personal questions about my wife and I ethnicity because we had jewelry on symbolizing out ethnic background. It made me VERY uncomfortable and it was so busy in the store, that I didn’t take it to the manager

I came into the store to browse and see new merchandise to get ideas for my daughters for Christmas. I told the associates what I was looking for and it’s like they wouldn’t allow me to see the merchandise. It really upset me because I had to tell them what I wanted to be able to see anything. It was like the merchandise was top secret. It was ridiculous and really turned me off. I couldn’t see really anything I was wanting to look for. Very disappointed in my visit to the store with the associates.

The sales associate wasn’t very organized. She was helpful in getting me different sizes of bracelets but when I checked out, she gave me the wrong bracelet. I didn’t notice until I got to my car to which I then had to go BACK inside the mall to resolve the issue. When I returned, and politely told her she gave me the wrong bracelet, she said, “oh…I told you we didn’t have the one you wanted in your size.” To which I said, “I was not told that. Had I been, I would have ordered it online.” She then proceeded to actually FIND the bracelet I wanted in my size, which is the same one I tried on the first time. She started to do an even swap in the computer but she realized she actually rang up the correct bracelet but just GAVE me the wrong one. So her statement of “I told you it wasn’t in your size” was a complete and utter lie. Had she just said in the beginning “I’m so sorry - I gave you the wrong one by mistake” it would have been fine. But to act like it was MY mistake by flat out lying she told me something she didn’t…not okay…

I need a white gold eternity type band. The white gold ones have a darkened silver look. I tried the yellow gold looking and it looked brassy when I got home so I returned. Please make the white bands in a white white silver. Otherwise very pretty ring.
