I ordered an item online and wanted to exchange it for a different item because I didn't like the online item. The initial response was: we'll be with you in a minute when there was 6 employees present with 3 couples present. When the sales associate helped me, see said that she didn't think I'll be able to return this item because the online receipt stated it was last sale item. I told her that info was not online when I purchased it/ only on receipt after purchase. She kept going to the back room, then finally she said she'll make an exception, but for me to be careful to read that info next time. I don't appreciate the scare tactics. This is not necessary when I was going to turn around and purchase another item from this store. This info should have been on the website in plain site I'd that info is true. I don't know if I'll be purchasing from any pandora store if y'all don't have better customer service. This needs to be improved!

The store was busy when we arrived and no one was taking names for order of service. I ended up being helped within a few minutes but my friend was ignored by the associate standing in front of her and asked to move so she could help another. Additionally, while I knew what I was interested in, the associate would only pull one item out at a time instead of letting me see all of the options for the item.

it was very crowded in the store because of an event in the mall, still....there seemed to be a lot of people just standing around.

Yes I purchased a bracelet and a charm I spent $140 if I had of new that there was a 25% off of $150 I would have brought another charm she never recommended a charm I never got a chance to even look at a variety of charms as I was leaving I saw a sign saying the 25% off $150 I said I dint know you guys had a special she said oh you didn’t inqui e, I’m speechless I have made several purchases every women in my family has a pandora bracelet and charms

The sales associate that helped me brought me one size to try the 8 1/2 it was for my middle finger so my ring size is a little bigger compared to my other fingers. The sales associate mentioned it fitting better when I sweat? I walked around the mall for a little and I wasn’t satisfied with the size, it was falling off my finger.

I am a frequent Pandora shopper and the prices you pay for the merchandise, they shouldn’t be placed in a paper container. The anti-tarnish pouches should not cost extra.

Every time I go inside the store my brackets and necklaces are cleaned, not just wiped down. I was very disappointed that I brought all my items 3 bracelets and one necklace and they were not cleaned properly

The associated made me feel like I was going to steal from the store when he or she put the charms on the bracelet he or she made me pay for it then put the bracelet on my arm. The store manger is very rude

Pandora was out of stock on the size lobster claw bracelet I needed and the new heart lock bracelet that I exchanged it for, came open and I lost one of my charms :( I will be returning it to Pandora at Cordova Mall Pensacola. The sales associate was great though.
