Honestly, the sales associates and care shown during my purchase was good. I am displeased with special order items not arriving at the same time. I recently order two items and only one arrived. I was informed the store could only hold my item for only seven days. My intention was to purchase both items to take advantage of survey discount -$10, but since both items did not arrived. I had to purchase different charms to accommodate the discount. Pandora should reconsider readjusting the purchase amount to better serve the loyal customers.

I believe the lack of inventory was a big concern and extremely disappointing. I felt the charms booklet was slightly misleading because it had many photos/items shown, but no longer available. My attempt to purchase numerous charms was alarming. During my visit, many of the charms were not available for purchase, so I had to chose different charms to accommodate the lack of inventory as well as I had to place multiple charms orders. I spent several hundred dollars and was willing to pay more for all items. At this point, I am at the mercy of in store order requests and the hope the items ordered arrive.

Didn't have a good selection so I had to get something else. I needed a gift for someone starting their collection for the first time

It was so crowded. I felt rushed to make a decision. They acted as though I might steal a charm if I looked at more than one at a time. I dont understand the craze they are just a new version of old charm bracelets and extremely overpriced in an economy that is shaky.

I was not satisfied with the ring sizes. I wanted the rose gold square ring to match the earings a got and you didn’t have my size. Everything else was perfect.

The two associates I dealt with were not very interested in trying to find items I was looking for. I needed two of the charms put on my bracelet and one boxed. The male associate put one on and left. The other associate put the other one on. It was like they were in a hurry and didn’t want to move charms and balance my bracelet. I have 10 Pandora bracelets and I also buy gifts for several family members in that store. They were not that busy while I was there. I have never had a complaint about any associate until this visit. I spend lots of money in that store. If they aren’t willing to help me I can take my business elsewhere.

The sales associate didn't seem like she was having a good day..i went in to buy my mother her very first piece of Pandora to celebrate her 1 year anniversary for bring cancer free and left the store very upset

The sales associates seem to look down on you if you do not look a specific way, and are constantly trying to up sale you, while ignoring the actual reason you came back to the store.
