I needed to exchange my Star Wars bracelet because it was just too heavy. I also purchased a necklace that I decided to return because it was too difficult to use the clasp. The Manager or Asst Manager said I couldn't return the necklace because it was tarnished. But truth be known, it was not tarnished, when I purchased it on 10/2 it was not shiny and new, it was kind of dull, but I didn't think anything of it. I was told it was not resaleable because of this, but the Asst Manager or Manager was kind of rude about it. I am not one to complain, but I was somewhat taken aback by that and probably didn't react very nicely in return. Then it was decided to clean it and it didn't come clean so I didn't return it. The store was very lucky I just didn't return my entire purchase because of the rudeness of the management staff. I spent $500 dollars. My sales rep was very nice and completed my exchange for the bracelet. However I am still considering returning everything.

I felt as if the customer service girl was rude and just kept talking instead of listening to what I wanted. She was pushy

I bought 4 sale items yesterday and found out 2 are defective. Before we wrapped the items, I even asked the sales lady to check. Unfortunately, I will need to return to the store to deal with the exchange or return but the sales lady told me all sales are final. I am not comfortable with this and we will see how they handled this issue when I show them the items.

First experience in a Pandora store. I didn’t know much about it other than they sell charm bracelets and charms. The girl didn’t measure me, she just tried whatever bracelet she had out. I kept telling her it was too tight but she insisted that it wasn’t. I was only shown what she had under her counter. I was given a book to have after my visit, when she should have suggested that I look in it for charms while I was shopping . I wish I had a sales person who would have explained why certain clips would or wouldn’t work on the bracelet I was looking at. For spending over $600, I certainly didn’t get whatever experience I was anticipating. Seriously contemplating returning the whole thing and just ordering it online.

The girls were overly friendly. Was kept at front counter. So didnt get to see all the store.

The sales staff is too pushy. They need to chill a little. They are very nice and helpful though.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable of the merchandise. It took me almost 2hrs to purchase what i needed. Also other associates just basically stood around and watched her drown. I also asked for my merchandise to be wrapped and only 3 boxes were wrapped and i brought 8 items. This has been a complete bad experience for me.

I have always been given a military discount so that is why I came into the mall. Otherwise I would have went to Bere jewelers. I was told with no care or concern that because it was my husband and not me I wouldn't get a discount. I find that very offensive since I was the spouse of a frontline marine for 23 years!! I will shop else elsewhere from here on out.

When I finally got in to make a purchase the Salesperson did not really act like he wanted to wait on me. He did not know about the merchandise, and acted like he was in such a hurry to get finished with my purchase. When the sale was finished he did not even say a word, just walked off. Was very disappointed in the whole experience.

I had a few beads in mind, none of which the store had. Out of 7 that I had chosen they only had one. What’s the point of visiting a store if they barely have any merchandise? The sales associate was very friendly and tried her best but she couldn’t help that she didn’t have the beads in stock.
