As soon as I stepped foot into the store an associate asked what I was shopping for and told her I was just looking, she would not leave me alone!!! Telling me I needed to buy this and that and was very pushy!

I am a frequent visitor to pandora and I was very surprised when the worker was very short with us. When we walked in we were looking a a birthday charm for me, and usually we are approached with a variety of your new charms and some good suggestions with a friendly face. I asked her what was some new selections because she didn’t even offer and she very dryly said, “we have over 3000 charms, I don’t know what you’re looking for” and went and got a book and did a brief flip through and said “see”. I was shocked. I went on my actual birthday so I had a birthday tiara on and I asked her if maybe she had some birthday charms because she was literally just standing there. She goes and brings out ONE SINGLE CHARM. I was very confused at the lack of interaction. I have a total of 6 Pandora bracelets and 2 necklaces that I have filled so I have spent quite a bit of time in this store. Some employees have even offered to clean the bracelet for me. I’m not saying that it’s mandatory but that one single interaction has completely changed the taste in my mouth about this store. It was very rude and quite frankly unprofessional how standoffish she was to us.

I was looking at a bracelet that was 175$ it said in stock they showed me the same one for 200$ said it was a newer model I said can I see this one for 175 they didn’t even try to attempt to show me or look for it they just said we don’t have that one and I said what is stopping me from buying online and picking it up then you would have to find it, the 2 girls had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life will not return to that pandora or even another pandora if that is the representation of your company i get it you guys are big so what you lose one person but yet again that is the representation of your company

Picked out item to purchase and sales associate dropped it on the floor and then proceeded to box up item as if i wanted to purchase damaged merchandise. Then I was told that it was the last one. Not offered to order another online or any other kind of assistance. very disappointing and lackluster experience. I received the bare minimum of customer assistance.

I bought a key lock charm in the lot fell off of my bracelet and I lost it and they did not replace it they only gave me a 10% discount and I was very dissatisfied with that

Had to stand in line outside the showroom area to wait to be waited on. the salesclerk had the nerve to ask me and my sister-in-law, AS WE WERE SHOPPING TOGETHER, if we were married. My marital status has no bearing on what I purchase. Your associate's name is Isabella F. No.205477.
