Standing in line to spend money at Pandora actually shows my own stupidity! This was the first time that I ever purchased anything from Pandora, and it just wasn’t a good experience! Having customers wait in a line outside for over 20 minutes, while there were 5 sales associates inside, and the store is set up to accommodate 5 customers at a time, however the store was only allowing 2 customers at a time. As I said, for a first time customer, this was a bad experience, and as long as this practice is in place, I will not return to the store. Aside from that, inventory was low, which is to be expected since it’s just days after Christmas, so that’s not a huge problem. Having a sales associate hand you a catalog to shop from, especially as a first time customer, absolutely ridiculous. Feeling like you’re not allowed to actually look at the products, pretty annoying. Essentially being told to go stand in your corner/designated place, childish. The only saving grace to the whole experience was the friendliness of my particular sales associate. However, as I said before, standing in line to spend money shows my own stupidity, but I won’t be doing it again.

well after I stud for about 30 minutes I entered the store and started walking around to see the selection , so a sales rep walk out the office straight up to me the only Afro-American in the store and ask me to leave because someone told him I just walk in without standing in line, I said nobody told you anything you just came of that room, another sales associate told him no Gabe his been in line and his my customer, so out of frustration and anger I left the store but came back 15 later because my love one really wanted a gift from this store and the only other pandora is in fort Walton,

Selection was small, personnel working rolled eyes and very rude, statues I needed a size 7 ring sold me a 7.5 and there a huge difference in size…

Breanna T No. 206597 Helped me she was nice however when it came to me purchasing my item is were we had an issue. I just purchased a bracelet the week prior for my wife's birthday I spent a little over $300 that day. So when I went into the store the following week I expected the same level of service. That did not happen Breanna rang me up gave me the total I told her I was Military and ask for the discount. She ask for my ID. I didn't think it a issue however she stared at my Id a very long time. After which she gave me the total she did not put the credit card reader in front of me so I could tap my AMEX card it was behind her partition so I handed the card to her but she looked at it and said " I'm just verifying that its you!" She then handed it back to me to and I still had to reach into the glass to tap my card! I found it rude and offensive I already gave you my number with my information from last week you then look at my military Id. Then you stare at me credit card and say your just verifying if thats me? My question are all your customers treated like this? Of course not because I was treated like a normal person just last week by another sales person.

i Was given the wrong size ring at Christmas time when I bought it as a gift, only to have to return it. The store no longer had that ring in stock and had to order. Get a call a week later that it’s ready to pick up. Go to the store (which is an hour away) and they ordered the WRONG STYLE RING. it was a complete waste of my time. The manager was not even apologetic

The store manager disrespected my wife, by not acknowledging her military credentials, upon my departure from the store. Even though we had been in the store for 45 minutes are more together. The only reason she had returned to the store, was because what we had just paid for did not reflect the military discount. So I had other business in the mall so she went back to the store to take care of the matter.

Merchandise I came in for was not available. Promo items not available. Staff didn't know when or where to purchase certain items,particulary the floating locket rings

I brought my sister in to purchase some gifts. We picked out the items we were going to purchase. I was paying with cash and the associate told me to go to the manager at the back desk to pay. I told the manager I was ready to check out and handed her my cash. She refused to take it. She said that I needed to have exact change because she wasn’t going to give me change back. She was extremely rude. She was white, blonde hair and blue eye and about 5’5. All I wanted to do was have a fun trip with my sister and buy some gifts and she ruined our experience. I’ll be returning everything I’ve bought over the last 3 weeks.
