Everytime I walk into the store the make you feel welcome. And they love talking with you and telling you about the sales. When I walk in everytime they know what charms I'm looking for.

Very friendly service. Made a suggestion that I loved. Did not feel pressured in any way.

All employees were very knowledgeable about all the store products and despite being busy they kept such a positive attitude. Also, was very patient and understanding while trying to help find my needs.

The employees were extremely helpful and patient. I was just coming in for a cleaning and with their help picked out a nice item while being on vacation. The store was about to close and they were still exceptionally patient with me. I'm ftom California and truly appreciate their customer service

I am very satisfied with the service and the product. I do wish you made some bigger pieces like for the rings I wear a size 9 in ladies rings and I like bigger and wider bands than the rings you have in the store you there was just one or two. but mostly I am happy with what I got

The clerk was super helpful and freindly. She found what was the perfectcharm in quick time. She didn'trecommend a bunch of stuff I didn't need and listened to why I was there.

Then acknowledged us when we entered the store. They took an interest in the bracelet I bought in Disney world (exclusive) and that I needed charms to add to it. I got other charms for a b'day present and they took care of added them all to my bracelet including what i bought.

Was approached several times by sales reps wanting to assist. When I was finally ready for assistance I was assisted immediately.
