Norma!!!!Norma!!!Norma!!! Was freaking awesome!!! She knew how to control a sale. She knew when to listen. She knew how and when to ask questions. Sometimes I go in stores just to see if some associates will allow me to pass them up before being greeted by them properly. I didn’t necessarily need anything. Norma didn’t allow that to happen. She was exuberant and smiling even while wearing a mask. Although I couldn’t see her smile,I know that she was smiling by the experience she gave me. Thanks to Norma and also the young lady that assisted her as well. You guys ROCK!!!! Love and blessings to you all

The sales associate that assisted me exuded warmth and personality. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She offered excellent suggestions that I had not thought about. She was so amazing that I purchased a few extra items simply based on her expertise. She was absolutely delightful and if I were to return to that location I would definitely desire to work with her again regarding my purchase.

The person who sold me the product help me to find an answer to my Bracely being to small for my wrist. She was creative, pleasant and helpful

All the worker's are very friendly and they make you welcome as soon as you walk into the store. The worker's start a conversation with you about the things they like.

Bright light and great customer service

I loved the one-on-one shopping experience with an associate. It was my first time in Pandora and building a bracelet and was overwhelmed at the idea. The associate made it easy and FUN!

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. I’m visiting from Houston and the customer service between the Pandora locations is unbelievable. The Houston store employees are rude and unfriendly. I will no longer shop at the Pandora store at Deerbrook Mall in Houston.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. She was a seller but she did not cross the line to pushy.
