I didnt have to wait in line to go into the store. I could just walk to the counter and the lady behind the counter showed my the charm i asked for and one i had looked at on line. I appreciated that she respected i had a budget and didnt push me to spend beyond that.

The associate was very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. While I was in there I wanted to look at some rings. She was showing me some she had just matched up and I ended up buying 2 rings.

I love going to Pandora because the workers are so friendly and the they make you welcome when you walk into the store. The workers always engage with the customer and they make you feel happy when you walk in and out of the store.
