Due to social distancing, this store only allows so many customers in at one time, and while waiting in line, the host asked if I knew what I was looking for, in which I did. I was looking for three different charms as I had the book with me to show her which charms, and while waiting, she went to see if the store had the charms in stock. As soon as the sales associate, Alex, was available, the charms were waiting at the counter for me to see. I think this is exceptional customer service.

Bella was the one who helped me, she showed me exactly what I wanted in the store. I was searching for a birthday present for my BestFriend. I found exactly what was right!

Because I can always call and find exactly what I want and need, you always have the size I need. I can always get in and out, after showing the picture I want of the product. I can try the items on and see other options, everyone is always friendly.
