Everything just went so well

No pressure to buy anything other than what I wanted. Very friendly even though there was a line and very busy but never felt rushed. I was there 3 days before Valentine’s Day, line moved nicely and a associate came to line and offered catalog to browse while waiting, very nice.

The woman who helped me was polite and helpful. The charms I wanted where on sale. Pandora had a charm I didnt know I needed.

Was able to be helped immediately upon entering store. All merchandise that I was interested in was available for purchase.

I worked with Samantha as soon I walked into the door she greeted me and she was very excited to help me she was great to work with and she went above and beyond to help me she definitely deserves a a promotion she was so great I have never experienced awesome customer service like this

Was able to get most of the merchandise I had already chosen from looking at the website. Had two pieces that were out of stock which was disappointing but they offered to order it for me.

Taylor M the woman who helped me out was amazing she explained everything thoroughly and let me know that i had multiple choices showed me different and similar things. She was AMAZING!
