Timely service Great service Very knowledgeable

This was my first purchase and it was for my daughters birthday.I got her the birthday cake and she loved it, I also got her a Peterpan charm and want to get the Up charm. I am truly hooked as a Pandora member.

I’m not from Pensacola (where this store is located), so I’d have very limited opportunity to relate my experience with staff at this location. However, I’ve shopped this location in the past and today’s experience is the best I’ve had to date.

Sales person I had at Pandora was very knowledgeable very helpful. Her name is Alisha.I honestly just went in to look. But ended up purchasing a bracelet for my granddaughter. And a charm for my daughter in law

It's a joy to be able to look at all the different charms. The staff is always ready to help with a smile.

Brittany our sales associate in the Cordova Mall Pensacola location was very prompt in greeting me as I came in the store.. I told her what I wanted and she brought it right out... answered all my questions!! She was Awesome!!!!
